The hotel was nice for the price and location. The hot tub was not working and one of the elevators was down, so it made for long waits with a line of people waiting to use the elevator. (Would have used the stairs but never saw any.) The air conditioner fan made a loud squealing noise every time it kicked on. Add that to the uncomfortable bed and it made for a sleepless night. The plug to the bathtub was broken so we had to use a washcloth and keep the water running while my little boy took a bath. The staff was friendly. There was plenty of parking. The pool was open and we were able to get a time slot without any trouble. However, there was a big hair ball in the pool and someone's used mask was on the lounger.

Comfortable rooms. Very clean. Great staff though their reservation system needs a LOT of work. My stay and reservation for my return in a week were all messed up.

Clean rooms, nice enough. The fitness center is literally only what you see in the picture so don't count on a meaningful workout - and two of the three cardio machines didn't work. Nice small pool that kids would enjoy.

Not a great experience. The hotel rooms look very old. The internet is slow, even the “premium” one. The light bule are very very white. Some light bulbs make noise. The fridge freezes your food. The breakfast is by far the worst breakfast I have ever had in a hotel. The temperature control was not working well and the fan is very loud. I cannot stress enough that despite a good rating, there are much much better options in the surrounding area.

Very nice lobby, shuttle comes soon after calling for it. Definitely a budget airport feel once reaching the room. Feel like there are rooms and there are Priceline rooms. This one shows the same neglect others have mentioned. Maybe the redone rooms are nicer? Sooner or later ya gotta vacuum under that bed though. The mattress pad being clearly stained all the way through seemed like someone should have noted that when the last cleanup was done. Was obviously a mess on the sheets they took off so why stop there? Coffee pods are a good touch, mini soaps were varied and quality. Price is right. 3 stars for a 3 star hotel. Maybe 3.25 since Brandon was polite and precise. No bar at this time. Bar up the block was ok and serves late.
