The staff was excellent! They were eager to help where they could. They truly Made us feel that we mattered. Room very clean. Highly recommended for long term stay. Extended Stay Beachwood North was awesome!
I had been a longtime guest of Extended Stay America in various states, that is Until November 25, 2020, where during my stay, a serious mix up occurred, informing me that the hotel front desk had modified my stay and was attempting to charge more than quoted. (also to mention, the bathtub did not have a stopper and there was not tool to hold the toilet paper roll in place :/ ) I communicated with management and 'thought' that the matter was resolved, only to be aggressively accosted by the front desk clerk Lyn on November 25, who illegally LOCKED ME OUT OF MY ROOM!!! So Unprofessional I had to involve the Police who came and explained this was illegal. The Sergeant and Officer helped me to safely recover my items... I then book another hotel (Double Tree), where I was quoted an accurate rate treated with much respect
Hotel was very noisy most of the night. Room was clean enough and staff was pleasant. Probably will not stay at this particular location again.
The hotel was nice. It was very clean. The only issue I had was the shower didn't work in my room or the A/C.
This is my second time staying here and each experience was horrible. The fire alarm has been going off for 2 hours and counting. The guest attendant is never available. The fire Department came an hour ago and did nothing to stop the alarm. It is 2am and families are outside in the freezing rain. I wouldn't recommend this location
