This hotel is not a 5 star stay, most Rooms don’t have a fridge or anything extravagant / luxurious. However the customer service ive received from Jerica was amazing! She moved us from our room because the shower water pressure was bad & I can’t complain about the new room. She’s the only hostess up front to even acknowledge my existence during my stay & that’s what warms my heart. Good southern customer service. Ask for Jerica!
Whats good: Rooms look like the website pic. Great customer service. Quiet.nWhats not good: Housekeeping! Inspect your beds thoroughly. We had to switch rooms and then we had to request fresh pillows/bedding and ask that counters be wiped down. No mini fridge.nI'd give them a 2nd try.
This hotel was nice. The front desk staff could use some work. They aren't attentive or friendly, but other than that the stay was nice.
Delightful experience I can't wait to go back
Our stay was very uncomfortable. Up all night scratching and checking the bed for bugs. Turns out we both had tiny bites on us.
