Front desk staff Saturday night was first class never grabbed her name but she truly made my stay exceptional. Hotel is average. Clean but average. Breakfast was amazing. Good Job!!! The way they do breakfast where you fill it out on a sheet the night before then grab it the next morning at a selected time. Whoever came up with that I thank you. Good job. The staff makes this hotel. I’ve worked in several Hilton hotels for a long time in the past. I’ve stayed at hotels across the United States. They provide 4 star service at a 2 star hotel. Seriously good job!
Great stay. Every single staff during our stay was great. Helpful, kind, welcoming and made sure any need of ours were met. We will continue to book with them any time we visit Improv.
Very friendly staff even during these hard times they are still keeping up with amenities like pros. Room was very clean; you could have eaten off the floor! Bed and pillows were comfortable as well.
We were in Cleveland for a funeral, we usually stay in Homewood suites because we need the kitchen. This was an over night stay. I was very satisfied with guest service and the rooms. Everything was nice and clean. I like how we were able to order breakfast and go without waiting.
Loved staying here, and usually always love all the Hampton Inns I've stayed at...and I've stayed at A LOT of them. This one seems to have a few more bells & whistles than the other ones, but one great thing is the breakfasts are a bit better than many other hotels. Can't get enough of those omelettes.
