Nice place, for sure. Great bar and restaurant with fantastic lobby and good enough fit center. Staff was mostly great and friendly; front desk was not. The employees there dropped them to a 3 star rating.
Please thank Ray for assisting us a microwave and his attentiveness and great service! Also thank the staff as well. Very professional and courteous ! As in my previous post, I would've given rating 5 stars..Wasn't the staff fault for disruptive guests whom kept us up. I called the front desk and it appeared handled for a while...didn't want to keep calling...will visit again !
Staff allowed a woman to berate me because I simply asked to be acknowledgedn-as I waited in line to be checked in. The manager was frazzled for some reason. I waited quite a while for a less than 2 minute check in. I don’t mind waiting but at least say something to me, „ma’am I will be right with you“ maybe, while I stand there and listen to you take care of issues that require more than 2 min...smh.
We have been attending our church services here. This is an amazing place. Nice and clean and beautiful decor. Front desk workers are so thoughtful and welcoming.
Nothing to write about. It's a Marriott so you should know what kind of great service comes with it. Nothing negative happened and all my expectations about great service were fulfilled
