The night staff and housekeeping are rude and very disrespectful. The rooms are never properly cleaned. The bath tubs are the worse. However, they have very reasonable prices and they're around shopping and bus lines.
Clean, quite *at least the night I was therennMost importantly it was CLEAN, and the bed is very comfortable.
Just rude best fits the customer service experience, lack of conversation excitement, I gave 2 stars because I visited 2 times the first time exceptional room,great price the younger gentleman very polite explained everything for my first time, second time very older gentlemen.....very unsatisfactory from room to stay to service
