Superb staff. Friendly, knowledgable and most helpful. I needed help finding a pedal that would work for my family on a shared bike (Peloton) and he knew exactly what would fix the issue. Worked like a charm!

Great place, knowledgeable staff and very reasonably priced for maintenance and repairs! I took my bike there last week because my rear wheel was bent. They fixed it up and I was able to pick it up in under a week.

3 stars because I bought my Jamis there- best bike I ever owned. But only 3 stars because the 2 times in 7 years I've used them for repairs my chain skips because they don't know how to adjust gears properly. You guys could be a powerhouse if you studied a few YouTube videos on this. Admittedly its beyond my skill set.

I dropped off 2 bikes for tube changes on one wheel each and front derailleur adjustments. Was told that because of high volume it would take 2 weeks and they would call me when they were ready. After 2 weeks I hadn't heard anything so I called and was told they weren't done yet, but they could have them done by the following day. When I showed up 2 days later to pick up the bikes I was told that only 1 bike was ready. I was told they would be ready the next day, they would give me a call, and they would give me a discount because of the delay. Again no call, 3 days later I called and was told they were not done yet. Today I called again, now around 4 weeks after I dropped my bikes off. I was told my bikes were ready. When I arrived to pick up my bikes I was told that they had also done a rear derailleur adjustment and changed one of my shifters. I was never called to ask if I would like these changes done they simply did them. To their credit, in the end they only charged me for the original service I had requested, but they did not seem to honor the discount I had been promised the week prior.
