My family and I stayed 3 nights and after the second night my husband noticed 3 bites in a cluster on his back. Yeah. Started searching and sure enough he found some dead bed bugs! We had already paid for 3 nights so we asked for a different room. Took all of our belongings and washed thoroughly and dried them before changing rooms. Upon the search of the second room my husband found a loaded pistol under the mattress!! He quickly unloaded it and handed it to the staff. We should have been reimbursed for our entire stay but knew it wasn't worth the drama. We would rather stay at lucky vista than best western. Never again!
Friendly staff & nice clean rooms. Outdoor pool looked nice as did the indoor jacuzzi. Everything worked as it should in the room, would most definitely stay at the Best Western Campbellsville Inn again.
Very friendly staff, if you need anything they bend over backwards to help you. The rooms are very clean. We have never had a problem and stayed here to remodel here in town.
I had to edit my first review. Stayed in room 121 this past Friday nite and Saturday nite. Woke up Sunday morning with a couple of bites on my legs, thought nothing of it cause I was in the woods a couple times while I was there. Got back home, and sure enough, they definitely have bed bugs which I have brought back home. Gonna be building a house in Campbellsville, and now I will have to find another place to stay while I am there. I am so not happy right now!
Room was ok. Beds were good, but we killed a roach in our room, the ice machine was broken. We weren't told there was no elevator and my husband can't hardly climb stairs.. Needs updates!
