Ate at the cafe. 25 minutes to get a hamburger and fries. Hamburger was ok at best. Asked for fries crisp and they were like shoe laces. Service was bad. Way to long for something so simple and waiter brought me the wrong bill. Not impressed by any means. The most dissatisfied service I've ever had at an Intercontinental. China and Mexico much better!!
We stayed while my wife received care at the Cleveland clinic. The hotel was beautiful. Staff was super helpful. Hotel breakfast restaurant is pricey, but the food is excellent. Room and beds were very comfortable. The shuttle service was handy to get to clinic buildings for appointments.
Wonderful facility. We stayed in the Intercontinental and never had to leave the confines to see the doctor. Kind. Caring. Safe. Service
Was here for the Cleveland Clinic COVID Vaccine. Place was very clean, quiet & staff was very polite. Wouldn't expect less from an Intercontinental Hotel. Only problem I saw during this visit was no real handicap bathrooms on the 3rd floor.
