DO NOT RENT THIS APARTMENT!!!nIf you wanna be roommate with mice, cockroaches, flees, and bed bugs, come and live here. 90% of the time you can’t find anyone in the leasing office. The management team won’t give you money back when they overcharged you. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GARBAGE PLACE.
I was there for a community band concert. The sound was superb. The architecture in the building is gorgeous! Parking is difficult for social things, I'm assuming it's better for overnight guests. This is a clean and historic gem!
I lived at the Alcazar for months and I was grateful to have a place yet, the management is not good to understand what is service and rather what the needs are for the tenants. I cant imagine that they rent these out as hotel rooms. Walk over and enjoy the lobby. Wait til it is renovated to get a room there.
I lived in the alcazar for months they have a major problem with mice in suites we have a hole bunch of family of mice the toilets are terrible same is the kitchen they didn’t even clean the suite after the last resident they kept it in it’s worst case I don’t recommend it to anybody
I haven't seen the inside since I used to eat their in the 1940's. I went to visit and I was impressed with the people I met in the residents in the restored lobby the large out door flower laden inner private courtyard . When I went to my daughter's apartment it was nicely decorated and spotless. She just moved in and was unpacking on Memorial Day.
