Avoid, avoid, avoid! any of Zipkin's Properties like the plague!nnI rented 2-bedroom apartment @Euclid Heights Blvd for $1000 eight months ago but still did not get my $2000 deposit back. First month I had been assured by agent Dawn that deposit return was processed, then I was asked to provide the proof of employment in Cleveland, then I was told by Zipkin I provided a wrong employer info in my application, I requested a copy of my application 6 months ago to verify his claim but did not get it so far. There are no grounds to retain my deposit and the only one reason I did not file a lawsuit against this landlord is I moved to California. It seems my deposit trouble started once Zipkin learned I am out of state and that it would be difficult for me to enforce our lease agreement. Beware especially if you are out of state tenant. Please contact me directly if you experienced problem with this landlord so we can protect our self in class action.
