I appreciate businesses like Cain Park Bicycle that care enough about its customers to protect them from coronavirus. Even though the shop isn't open to foot traffic, they make it very easy to set up appointments to come in for repairs or purchases.Masks are mandatory and they will provide masks if someone doesn't have one. Overall, I felt very safe and comfortable in the store.nnThe wheel on my son's bike needed replaced and they did the job quickly and professionally. My son tells me the bike rides even better than it did before. The people at Cain Park Bicycle are great and the service is excellent. I hope I don't need to visit them again for a repair but, if I do, I know I'll be in good hands.

I was spoken to very rudely, while having face to face conversation inquiring about bike services. The woman treated me as if I had a plague or something. She told me that only one customer was ok to in the store, but while sitting in my car, a man walked up and knocked on the door and she let him in.nnDear people in AMERICA...Great “Customer Service” means more than what you all are taking heed to. You should try it more!
