I have been to Urbana Estates Mobile Homes numerous times over the last 6 years. I am impressed with the way that the majority of the homes and lots are kept. I have met the manager who was friendly and courteous while handling a problem for a resident.nAs with any community, there are rules. From what I have heard, the rules are enforced for the benefit of the owners and residents. Whether you live there or not, you are expected to abide by them.nUrbana Estates is a quiet community. The residents are friendly and take interest in whatever takes place there, looking out for their neighbors and their property. Under special circumstances, the manager has been known to keep the office line open in case of an emergency.nNote: The property is privately owned by a corporation in Michigan. Residents have expressed concern over the safety of the community in case if fire. There are no fire hydrants or water access on the property and city fire hydrants are located too far from the park for easy access in case of an emergency.

I have only had small interactions with the management here but from the small interactions and the private interactions with some of the trailer owners I have found it to be course and too expensive enjoy yourself

Need at least $1500 a month to even be considered to live here.
