The wife and I decided to buy two bikes from a local dealer knowing that Baker's has been around for a while we figured we would get the bikes there. We went to the bike shop and had him fit us with two bikes the bikes came to over $700 he said they were new we had equipment put on them and would return to pick them up later in the day and ride them home. When we got home the neighbor come over to check out the bikes and noticed that there was broken parts on the men's bike and scratches on the brakes as if it was in a wreck . We decided to look the bikes over and noticed a few things wrong with both bikes. Called Mr. Baker and told him about the problems he said that I can return them and refund them or discount the price. He closes at 5:30 we can go back that day. I returned the next day with the bikes and returned both of them he did not offer to discount them and when he refunded them on the sheet there was a PayPal charge of $20 which he said he would refund. No mention of discounting the bikes or fixing them. I came back a couple days later still needing two bikes. He told me he would not sell me any bikes that it was OK for him to refund the PayPal charges I didn't offer to pay for the PayPal fee. I had no idea he paid to have his credit cards run through PayPal had he let me know I would've paid cash. He said the bikes were new and he threw me out of the store! I would suggest you shop around better prices, no attitude !

Used the repair services a couple times, and I've been very happy with the prices and results. I've taken a look around, and found a nice selection of bikes with better than expected prices. I'd buy a bike there. I'll also return for repairs and parts. Thank you!
