Incredible experience purchasing a Bianchi here. The owner responded to my questions online promptly and was very generous with his time. As I write this in August of 2020 its shocking he still has a good supply of bikes across all sizes considering the worldwide shortage of bikes. My drive from the Columbus area was rewarded with a Bianchi Impulso. If you are anywhere in the vicinity it is worth the drive to take a look. The hours are a little inconvenient, but the service you receive will make up for it!

From the first time I stopped by to have them fix a flat on my fitness bike, I knew this place was special. Bob and Lisa are here because they love cycling. Their store is more like a local riding co-op. Many other satisfied customers can be seen, just stopping by to say hello.nnThey are VERY careful with their recommendations, and have been at it a long time. The experience shows. They will help you find your own way to what you really need, no more, no less - and will take the time to explain everything, no matter how long it takes. No question is too silly. I now feel like I have my very own personal cycling consultant!nnBob will work on ANY bike, bought there or not. After I had my two fitness bikes set up properly, and finally found out how to properly ride them - I moved on to looking at road bikes. I am now the proud owner of a Bianchi.nnThe store is roomy, and very well stocked with parts and accessories - but if it isn't there, they will get it for you. Now all they need is an espresso bar!
