I was out of town and lost called this hotel spoke with Emily she was by far the most helpful sweetest person I’ve ever talked to and told me the roads were icy and a different route to take we need more Emily’s in the world!! Thank you so much!!
It was a nice stay. Staff was friendly and the rooms were very clean.
Fully remodeled and very clean!! Front desk is friendly. Breakfast had Excellent choices during this pandemic. Sanitizers are readily available along with masks! Room 211 thanks you for helping us feel safe during our stay!
Very nice, clean rooms and lobby. Efficient check-in and check-out procedures, and the room was quote comfy. I like that it's near a bunch of fast food places, cause I didn't have to give much thought to dinner after driving in the snow for 3 hours. Would definitely stay there again
I gave a 2 star only for the price.nI had awful sleep. I woke with incredible pain and found myself taking ibuprofen both nights we stayed. Andrew did a fine job cleaning the hotel room as best as he could. The carpets are sticky, the door panel in the bathroom is moldy and pulling away, the sink soaked outing clothing due to leaking from around the faucet, I wouldn't even let any of my kids touch the blue chair in the corner after our small luggage peeled off of it and to top it off, no cable, said there was no connection. No one was at the front desk both times I walked out. My husband told me to let it go, but I'm a reviewer. I review every place I go. I take into consideration of remodeling which seemed to be the case with this hotel. (Ripped up carpet in hallway)nIf you don't mind worn bed springs, wearing shoes the entire stay and not using the bathroom, you'll be ok :)
