Wasted 3 months of my time! I contacted them because they installed the original gutters when the house was built. I reached out in August to have Gutter Guards put on. They visited the property, gave me a quote, and put me on the schedule. The install date came and nothing happened. Each time I reached out they told me the owner had to go check out the property again and it would be a few more weeks. Finally set an install date for October, but then they backed out again because they said they might need a lift (I told them they would need a lift in August). Each time I called I would get the runaround. Customer service rep was rude and the owner never returned calls. 3 months later - still no response.
