We checked in on Sunday night and decided to stay an extra night. Everything seemed ok but kinda dirty and bathroom smelled like sewage. we found a bed bug in our bed. Room 201 to be exact called front desk. They refunded our money. But when my husband went in to give back keys the front desk guy was checking in an old couple and they asked if they had bed bugs and my husband spoke up and said yes. The guy at the front desk told the couple all hotels have bed bugs. Kinda funny I’ve traveled to many different states and stayed in quite a few hotels and not once seen a bed bug until this place. Guy at desk got confrontational. I left the bed bug in a paper towel for you to see. Won’t go back there and my refund better be back into my account.
Very nice and clean room. Nice people also.
Hotel staff is friendly. Rooms are nice. Housekeeping does a good job. I have stayed here multiple times for long periods and it has been a good experience each time.
The worst place I've ever stayed looks like they offer rooms with the hourly rate bathroom is small smells like sewer through the hotel not a good recorded place to stay
The staff was extremely helpful and very clean
