I stayed at another Hotel and the experience was horrible after two nights of little sleep I checked out. A buddy stayed here the week before and raved about it and Tracy the desk lady. So I booked there show up and in casual conversation with the desk clerk (not Tracy but she was amazing too) she upgrades me room to a master suite. I walk into a beautiful room it’s amazingly clean and they have soft music playing when I walked in after the last two nights I thought I was in Heaven. I left there for another project and because of this experience I stayed at another Fairfield now the staff and room were nice there but Chillicothe Fairfield is the gold standard for customer Service and cleanliness. We are doing just a weekend getaway from home and didn't want to travel so even though we are close to home this place is super clean and kids loved being able to swim. They do a wonderful job with rotating people in pool area so all can enjoy.
Great hotel! Very clean! Chris at front desk was welcoming, professional all with a smile. Nice after a long day on the road.
The room is clean, staff friendly. But I'm sitting here in room 420 on 3/9/21 with no internet! My wife can get a slow signal so she measured it on an app she uses. Speed is 8Mbps! Come on guys. You're supposed to be one of the better hotel chains!
Great time, super friendly staff (all in appropriate ppe). Room was really clean and the super comfortable.
