Clean and friendly staff. Except one of my towels was wet when I went to take a shower??? All others were dry and I was already ready to take it. The floor did not look mopped well; therefore, I highly suggest slippers. They also offer continental breakfast, including biscuits and gravy. Lol. I didn't have them so can't rate them. Other healthy choices too. Loved the room, very comfy.
The staff was incredibly sweet. My wife and I got there at 11pm with a 1 year old and our dog. They were quick and efficient with getting us into a room. They gave us complimentary bottles of water and brought a crib up to the room as well. The bed was extremely comfy as well, always a bonus.nnAmazing service!!
The place was brand-new conveniently located right off of Route 35 that is fast food and a Pilot gas station in close proximity. the room was very clean and very comfortable fantastic shower and plenty of light in the bathroom used current restrictions I was unable to use all of the facility but that is not the fault of the hotel if you are traveling along Route 35 I would definitely recommend it as a place to stay for the night
Wonderful stay. Diana at check in and at check out such a friendly face. Beds was the most comfortable I've ever had in hotel.
They had warm cinnamon rolls for breakfast which is always nice to have at a Holiday Inn Express!
