Staff was very friendly. Place was clean and the rooms were very trendy and large. Lots of personal bath amenities not found in other HIE. Far enough away from the interstate so room was quiet. Rates very reasonable. I would definitely stay here again.
The main manager made us feel right at home as soon as we walked thru the front our first time to go to kentucky downs and everyone has been super nice the rooms are very clean and nicely decorated will most definitely be back here
This is a nice place. The hotel and rooms are clean. The staff is very pleasant and to top it off free laundry. And of course the price is reasonable. No complaints.
No one was wearing masks, i did not feel comfortable sleeping there. We ordered breakfast and by the time we came to pick it up, it was gone.
All the staff is super nice. They went above and beyond in helping us enjoy our stay.
