Quality Inn

I'm a choice member and this is a decent hotel. Not top of the line but I didn't pay top dollar prices so I understand.

When I tell you their beds are amazing I mean that. ud83eudd70so snuggly soft and clean. The room was very nice and well kept. Good service and the area is very nice, plenty restaurants in the area and 5 mins from the mint gaming hall we had a nice time and will be coming back.

Clean rooms and helpful staff. Will definitely stay here again.

The reviews I see now are out-of-date. I stayed there the 18th of October, 2020 and the quality was poor and in fact the place stinks.nI got there around sundown, as rain started and I did not want to drive on. I wanted to chill. But this place was not the place to go to relax.nI found a big bug crawling on the ceiling and then another on the wall near the ceiling. I reached to smack them with a towel.nLater, after I showered I found another bug resting on the ceiling and one more on the wall. These two I caught and crushed with a towel to make sure they did not get away. Then I saw another on the office chair.The office chair did not quite fit the desk. I mean - someone had jammed the chair into the desk so it was stuck a couple inches under the desk. I put my computer on the desk and plugged in and then tried to pull out the chair and I had to lift the desk a couple inches to get the chair out. Awkward when you are hunched over an trying to lift it while moving the chair with the other hand. Why don't they get a chair that fits right you ask? Or else not force the chair under the desk.? I called the front for the password and I was cooking.nBut the bug - there were 5 bugs that I saw. I reasoned there was a bug infestation and I went to the front desk to ask what was this about? Like is there a de-bugged room or what? The guy was cool. He said they were just stink bugs and they came in when it was cold or something and no they were not under the sheets or anywhere. He took the bug broom and checked the apt and found no other bugs. He said the housekeeper would sweep the rooms for bugs every time someone checked out.nThe heater did not have a thermostat. You turned it on or off and to high heat or low heat. So it heated the room and you get up in the middle of the night to turn it off.nIn the morning there was a smell - I guess they were stinkbugs all right.nA dumpy place. Not worth the money. You deserve better.

I had drove all day and nite, and needed at least 4 hours sleep. It's 5:30 am, This place literally saved us. I commend Quality Inn, they gave us a room and extended our checkout at 12pm instead of 11am. I was ready to sleep in their parking lot...every place we called for a room between Birmingham, Al. & Franklin, Tenn. was book except Comfort Inn had a room and wanted $100.00 for 4hours sleep even after telling them our situation. Shame in you Comfort Inn.
