I have purchased one bike here and had subpar service then and when I called to ask about getting another bike, the employee acted like I was wasting his time for trying to buy a $1000 bike from him and rudely said they were sold out. It ensured that when bikes do become available to purchase I won't be buying them from rivers bend. Its worth the drive to johnny Velo's in Columbus to get respectful service.

I hesitated writing this review because it’s a small business but there is one particular employee who had some rancid attitude from the moment I walked in. Really difficult to justify coming back. Which is a shame cause the other two were orders of magnitude friendlier.

Jamie, the owner, asked my wife and I all the right questions to determine what our interests and goals were, and consequently sold us the perfect bike! The follow up service and tune up has been excellent as well! We are loving riding so as we upgrade Rivers Bend will be our go to.
