The facility was beautiful. Fresh & clean. The pool was open for my little girl and the business center was perfect for me to take care of some tasks. Staff went out of their way for us especially their sales rep Kate. Thanks so much. We will be back.
Fantastic hotel!! We were treated with the best customer service we could ask for. The whole entire staff was very helpful, polite, and very kind. Very clean and safe with Covid-19 going on. Very pleased and would say it's the best hotel in Circleville by far. Thank you for a great stay!
I was very comfortable and felt very spoiled by how nice and clean the room was. The bed was amazingly easy to sleep on and Caden was extremely professional and attentive. I would definitely recommend and visit again.
Great place to stay. Amazing pool. With that being said i honestly wont go back. They over charged me and refused to accept my Hilton honors discount or give me points . Ended up paying $181 for a room I have paid $106 for. Thanks Armondo
The front desk worker was completely rude and out of line. It was some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced at a hotel before. I will be calling corporate over this.
