I have currently live at Elsea's for the past nine years. It's my first experience with a modular and a mobile home park, and frankly I have been very happy here. It's safe for my boys and the street I live on is quiet and my neighbors are awesome. If your on a tight budget but would like to have a home if your own, I would recommend.
I lived there 12 yrs . No one every bother me nice neighbors

Used to love living here, my neighbors are still awesome, the maintenance guys are nice, and i like its location in town, but things have gotten rather bad as of late. Our heat has only worked in half of our trailer for the past 2-3 months. We have called to have it repaired twice a week for the first month (October) we weren't super concerned yet. Each call we were told they would get someone out to check things out. November rolls around, a week before our second daughter was born we called daily. They sent a guy out who said he would make sure it was fixed. We haven't seen them since. It is now December, we have called multiple times a week. We are running space heaters to keep our 2 girls warm. They sleep in our room which is the only room with any heat. We called again today and got the same answer we always get. I really don't want to move but that might be our only option. Our home is practically uninhabitable. They care more about whether our grass is mowed than a one month old having heat. I am not talking badly about anyone because before this everything was great, just this situation is very poorly handled
Trying to sue someone for trespassing when no eviction notice has even been given, or filed. DO NOT LIVE HERE
