I had a very nice stay. Loved my room. I got a room with a jacuzzi but when I got to hotel they had told me they tried to get a hold of me to let me know that the people that had the room the night before broke the jacuzzi only one side worked. They apologized and gave a discount which was really nice. It really felt good just to relax in a tub long enough that I didn't have to bend my knees to my chest in my bathroom or theirs. Just a wonderful relaxing evening. Thank you all at Holiday Inn Express Centerville .

Do not recommend at all staying here. Only half the jacuzzi worked that was in my room. People upstairs were all night stomping there damn feet couldn't get no sleep at all. The shower was clogged up water up to my shins. What else could be wrong here. Wasted 188 dollars at this place. Nevwr never again.

Great job guys if you're reading this! Especially Chris. He took my call when I had a late check-in. He was just as sweet on the phone as he was in person. . . Crush . . . Sorry about thatud83dude23 I travel for a living so it's no big deal to me but I like for people to know exactly what they're stepping into. This is a renovated hotel the price is fair the staff is awesome. Love the bathroom renovation with much better lighting. It's just like other standard renovations across the country. The one thing that stands out at this location is the art. I paint so I kind of catch things like that. It was a different color scheme I liked it! I was just there to visit family and hang out with my nieces. We made a bit of noise through the night no one bothered us. It was just kids dancing for tiktok so I was really glad that no one came up to tell them to be quiet. I am an elite member and I changed my check out time twice I ended up checking out a little after 2:00 p.m. lol they were so cool they didn't bother us by calling over and over the way that some hotels do. I feel like they were absolutely the standard that IHG tries to uphold. Whenever I'm in the area to visit my sister I will be staying with them!
