I came on a Thursday and paid for a week. The man who is now my ex-boyfriend assaulted me in the parking lot on Friday. He punched out my car window, punched me in the face, and a I quickly drove off in fear. When I called them told me we were no longer allowed on the property, which I understand. No one wants drama at their business. But spoke to me like I was so low, as if I had busted my room window, punched the housekeeper in the face, and escaped in my car from the crime scene. They told me I could have 5 minutes to get my belongings before they called the police. The police had already been called there once. I got none of my $440 that I paid for the week back, so they made almost 500 bucks and all they had to do was let me stay one night and sweep up some glass... For which they tried to guilt trip me over. They were rude, lazy, and extremely inconsiderate.
This is an awesome place to stay and I hope that I get to stay again! When I was having trouble with getting my ride home I had talked to the people at the front desk they was really understanding and very patient, they could have made me leave and wait in the cold but in stead I was allowed to stay in my room in till my ride was able to come and get me.nnMy Hat Is Off To YounThank YounExtended Stay America.
Loved this stay, staff super friendly, clean room, clean grounds, and housekeeping 100% on top of their job.
Would not recommend. Room was dirty and in poor condition. We actually left and went to another hotel and didn't even stay.
Very very nice place I didn't stay my mom did but I helped her leave and go back home it was super nice
