We got to the hotel at 4:30. We were told they didn’t have the rooms cleaned yet and we would have to wait. Check in time is supposed tonBe 3:00. We were told we could have a king room instead. We took that and when we got to the room it wasn’t cleaned yet either. The front desk clerk did a quick clean up of the room. The mini fridge wasn’t working and when I asked about it I was told to pull it out, unplug it and plug it back in. I thought that was interesting since I paid to be there and wasn’t their maintenance man. I was told that maintenance was coming for other issues as well but he never showed up. The room was disgusting. The shower had no pressure. The couch cushions were covered in stains. Only 1 tv in the room worked. The only good thing about this hotel is that I’m not there anymore. I highly recommend you don’t stay here.

This hotel is absolutely amazing. The water pressure is to die for!! Very friendly staff and they are very efficient. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay.

Rooms were hot quick but the ac kept up. Lots of strange smells in the hallways and elevators. Solvent smells, probably the cleaning chems. Nice place though, close to food and gas stations.

When we got to the room, there were no wash cloths or hand towels or cups for coffee. There was grease in the coffee maker which made it unusable. We reported the coffee maker issue to the front desk the next morning and when we returned that evening, not only had the coffee maker issue not been addressed, but the room had not been cleaned nor had the dirty towels been replaced. I have never stayed in any hotel before when the room had not been cleaned. Particularly irritating was the fact that we brought an issue with the room to their attention and they didn’t ever even come up to the room to check on the issue nor even to clean the room. The night staff, the first night, was in the back on a personal call and was not covering the front desk so I had to wait to get coffee cups and additional towels. When he did surface, he was not wearing a mask. I am a long time Marriott customer and this location fell way below the Marriott standard I have always experienced.

Stayed here for 2 nights when my GF was in town, place is nice overall. two night stay totaled to $190 but when I check my bank statement I get charged $600. Why was I charged $600? because they were too incompetent in cleaning their own rooms and left a plastic bag over the smoke detector. Neither me nor my GF smoked in that room nor did it smell like smoke. Spoke to the manager who told me she can't help me. Highway robbery. Will be disputing with my bank.
