My husband and I spent 1 night here... it was the best experience I have ever had.. at check in the lady's were super nice and greeted us everytime they seen us.. the night shift last was super nice to.. she went out of her way to find us a fan so my husband could sleep.. the cleanness of this hotel is out of the world. We did not have one problem even on a busy weekend for valentines day... we will be back..

The public areas are clean but the rooms are not.nThe first room we were placed in had leftover food left in a drawer.nThe second room we were placed in had a feminine product missed by housekeeping on the floor of the bathroom.nKyle at the front desk was very apologetic and great at immediately moving us and even upgrading our room for our inconvenience and did a quick walk-through with us of the third room. Nothing obvious was seen.nAfter moving into the room our two year old child brought us a pill he had found on the bathroom floor.nWe were exhausted and tired of moving rooms so we went ahead and stayed but we will not be returning.nThe only reason we are giving 2 stars is the great customer service from Kyle. He was the saving grace of this disaster.

Eh, the pool restrictions were a bit much. Come on, really? A sign up sheet?? Breakfast left A LOT to be desired. Y'all were out of pretty much everything and it wasn't even close to 10am. We needed extra towels and had to go get them ourselves. Really? What, you would die if you brought them to our room?? Please. Wear your mask or leave them outside our door, whatever it takes to make someone feel welcome.

Pretty nice hotel. Minor grievances not to be overshadowed by the nice breakfast hours (0630-1000), large rooms, working keycards (commonly an issue at other HIE's), pleasant staff and plentiful parking. Nearby restaurants offer plenty of options for food. Small gripes include no exhaust fan in bathroom (staff said this was a mistake during building and no plans to fix) and very quiet ac/heat unit (often used to cover up hall noise to fall asleep). On the fourth floor the water pressure is poor, but enough for basic needs. Long hair may take awhile to fully rinse out, but may be better on other floors. Gym and pool were open with sign up at the desk with time limits.nnOverall pleasant stay. Could make some minor improvements but has enough going for it to be a good option if you are in the area.
