Front desk was very nice . The shuttle driver James was informative and very polite. Great attitude. The shuttle service is awesome. Room was clean . I’ll be trying the breakfast in the morning. So far it is safe to stay at a 4 star review just because of the staff .
This is a great hotel in a good location. I stayed here while I was driving on my way to Dayton and Cincinnati, and was pleasantly surprised by how good this hotel was. The lobby had a comfy chairs and a really comfy sofa, which I liked. The guy at the check in desk was nice and I checked in quickly. I got in the elevator and walked up to my room, which I thought was quite nice. It had two beds which were quite comfortable, a bathroom with a nice, clean sink, and a TV which had pretty much every channel on it (even the golf channel). I was a bit disappointed that the hallway was on the outside of the hotel instead of the inside, but other than that, the hotel was great. I had a good night’s sleep and checked out in the morning. It’s conveniently located next to I-75 between Dayton and Dayton Airport. I gave this hotel five stores because it has comfy beds and is in a convenient location.
Not a good experience. Price was good but room was old and smelled. No toilet paper and no breakfast as promised! Was good to be close to airport due to snow storm but not a hotel we will be back to.nJason at desk was friendly and helpful though. Appreciated that.
Really filthy dirty. The is where it need it the most. There was nose matter on the back of the door, With what appeared to some blood too. I have worked in the hospitality industry for many years. Those maids and house keeping staff needs more than thirty minute to fully clean a rooms. So for the management staff of this hotel, give them more than thirty. Please and Thanks your hotel really heeds it.
Had several major issues with first room. I went to check out and find somewhere else basically as soon as i got there. Guy at front desk was super nice and helpful and switched my room for me. Second room was much better, only issues was the fold over latch was broken, but not a big deal because the bolt still worked and door was secure, and the plastic cover on corner of the wall was falling off.
