I go to a hotel to get away from reality noise and just life lol, the people here were very nice and met our needs. The person I was with is in a wheelchair and the room they gave us fit both of us, I needed a good bath and there strong bars to help me up and he had plenty of room to what he needed as well. Free HBO was nice as well it was like being at the movies. Just overall very nice experience
I sent two of my workers here on Friday. They called me to pay the deposit for the room. The front desk staff notified me that it would be an $80 incidental fee. I went ahead and gave my card information. Today is Sunday and I now have an $80 incidental fee along with a $196 fee. I went ahead and called up there and asked why I had two separate transactions and they told me that they were BOTH incidental fees... Very strange way of taking an incidental fee. Random $276 total incidental hold (two separate charges) for a four night stay, one room. Not happy I wasn’t told about the second one.
