Hotel showing it's age. Not dirty but not clean either. Price on billboard wrong and they know it. Will be charged whatever mgr feels like charging at the moment. Still, not too bad. Try to call ahead and lock in rate before you get there.
This doesn't need to be a motel
The sign says $36 but they tried to charge me 50 say didn't say anything about a $20 deposit either. I was able to get a room for 45 a night. Other hotels in this area are 60 to 65...so if you just need cheap place out of the cold this is the place. Motel 8 off the Vandalia exit is only $50 way cleaner and includes breakfast and toiletries. I'm not sure about there deposit...nThe bath towels are holey. The water is not hot there is no Wi-Fi. they have cable flat screen and Heat there is a microwave outside if you need to heat food up it's just the basics and probably the cheapest place around. They did not charge me extra for bringing my dog I did not see any bugs. The housekeeper Amanda was super cool and helpful
