They have always been willing to give good advice and recommendations when I’ve needed assistance in the past. In my experience the owner is clearly passionate about providing excellent, personal service to his customers.
I brought my new bike in that I had partially assembled myself and the wheel seemed slightly off. Justin checked it and went above and beyond by checking and adjusting a few more spots for safety. I can tell these guys care and take pride in making sure our bikes are safe to ride. I will definitely be back here when I’m ready to upgrade some parts or need a tune up. Justin has agreed to give us a full refund for a bike we purchased whereby we have had nothing but problems with Cannondale E Bike. We are thrilled that they are working with us to remedy this lemon bike that Cannondale has had a recall on and nothing but problems since we purchased it.
