Great bike shop. these guys know bikes and are willing and ready to help.nI've bought several bikes from them over the years and recently bought a full suspension Santa Cruz bike...best bike I have. I love it. I get everything here, service, repairs, accessories. You can't go wrong with this bike shop.

Such excellent customer service! I called because one of my bike trailer tires popped on me and they knew exactly what I needed over the phone. On my way there, I realized I had both my boys with me and didn't want to have to go inside so I called and they did a curbside delivery for me and I cannot thank them enough for accommodating me! When I did get my purchase, I didn't realize I was only purchasing the TUBES to go inside the tires and was hesitant as I have never replaced a tube myself. The young woman said it was easy and gave me a quick rundown but said if I needed help, to just call her and she'd walk me through it. I figured it out (with the help of YouTube) and it was easy! Overall, GREAT customer service and very helpful. I appreciated all they did for me!

Just back after riding my bike 1st time after service and tyre change at K&G. What a great job!nThey managed to adjust my shimano XT gears, which I been struggling to get right for some time (years ud83dude0a) The whole bike feels like new again. Many thanks, frank
