All Walgreens customers should be important not just those wanting covid vaccines. 1 hour wait for 2 scripts because no one chose to service script clients. Please note the majority of scripted customers were black and the majority of vaccines were white. Go figure.

Went in for vaccine. Got there at 9:30 when I was due for my appointment. I left at 10:05. Fast friendly and professional, would recommend these folks to anyone!

The Pharmacist Lauren took my prescription this morning I told her I needed it today no rush can I pick it up she said 12 o'clock no problem it's 1:15. I pull in and they tell me they don't have all of them can they give me half of them Another 10 minutes goes by In I'm informed that the can't do that would you like to go to another Walgreens I asked her why I didn't get a phone call in the 3 hours befor I waited to go pick them up And the pharmacist said work busy that's why.... Never never never go back to that 1 in particular but I'm boycotting all Walgreens I hope corporate sees this because I'm the GM of a chain of stores in Dayton Ohio and I'm going let everybody know to never go to Walgreens there so bust they don't need anymore customers

This Walgreens has the worst service! They will call and say the prescription is ready and then when you get there they say sorry it's not ready come back in 30 mins and then when you come back they say oh there's a problem with your insurance or its too early come back tomorrow. But when ever I go to Beavercreek Walgreens when they say it's ready its ready if they say 10 mins then its ready in ten mins no miscommunication, no hassles about insurance or inconvenience's. But on Hoover it's the same problems 90% of the time. Waste of time money and mentally draining.
