I loved this. The family was super sweet. I got in around midnight and they didn't have a problem at all. The breakfast was great and I stayed in a beautiful room. Would definitely stay there again.
We found this place on Airbnb and stayed for three nights, mid May 2018.nThe experience was absolutely wonderful. The owner, Mark is incredibly nice, and easy to talk with. He had coffee ready every morning and made a fantastic breakfast.nThe place was close to everything, it felt like. You can walk to a restaurant/bar area. Driving downtown is easy and quick, driving uptown is just as easy and quick.nThe house is fantastic, and old and beautiful inside. Interesting note: in most old houses, every step can be heard throughout the house. Not the case here. It was incredibly quiet and once you stepped inside the house, it felt like a whole different world.nParking was available, and a must. We rented a car at the airport, and were glad for this offering.nI'm gushing about this place, because it truly is wonderful. Spend a few mornings sitting with Mark and by the time you've left, you've made a friend for life.nThe room was nice sized, with everything you need.nIf this place is available, and you're considering it, go for it! It was one of the highlights of our trip.nnThanks Mark!

I am actually the next door neighbor of Mr. Parker. He is a very nice man and he always does his best to make sure his guests are taken care if. I was invited over for dinner when I first moved in. The building is very nice and clean with tall ceilings. The whole place is a masterliece.
Super charming atmosphere, friendly owners & close to university of Cincinnati, downtown and mount Adams. Mark the proprietor makes one hell of an AWESOME omelette!
