The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. The one staff member Twan went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Cincinnati.nEveryone wore masks appropriately ud83dude01
Perfect for a quick stopover. The bed was super comfortable and great water pressure in the shower. There was no ironing board in the room and staff could not provide one. On check-out they could not provide a grab-and-go breakfast. Reason given was that housekeeping had just clocked in. Overall, friendly service.
My husband went down and stayed 1 night. He was charged a $250 smoking fee, he doesn’t smoke! They have given us the run around for almost a week trying to get ahold of the right person. No pictures were presented. Very unprofessional. We are in Cincinnati about 2/3 weekends each months during the summer. Very disappointed. He’s currently been on hold for 15/20 plus minutes waiting on a response from this women. We travel a lot and have never had these kind of issues.
The receptionist was great very polite and helpful during the pandemic. I had to take my child to Cincinnati children so being somewhat close was important.nThe room was clean, I even sanitized everything before putting our stuff in the room. Surprising no dust etc.. I am impressed. I sanitized the room again as we were leaving the next day.nMy only complaint was the parking lot, there were garbage everywhere. That need some attention.
My first time here and the staffs were great. The young man who signed us in was very friendly and professional. Will definitely stay again.
