i am very upset that i scheduled a covid test and when i get there the instructions say i have to be in a car to go through the drive thru. i do not have a car. i walked there from my house. so i go inside and the lady tells me i can just walk up to the window and do it. so i wait in line in the cold snowy weather for 15 minutes just for this rude lady to tell me i have to be in a car “cause i might get hit by another car” so i had to walk off and walk home without a covid test done.

I was disappointed that it took 4 hours to get my prescriptions filled. Two antibiotics and pain medication, plus wound care supplies. Why did it take so long? If my insurance didn't make me go here, I would still be at Krogers and maybe wait an hour. I'm very unhappy with CVS.

Been sitting here for 30 min then I had to knock on the window to get service from at least 6 people that was back there. Terrible service at the window, go inside so they can't ignorant you

I BEEN CALLING FOR TWO DAYS. NO ONE WILL ANSWER THE TELEPHONE. I CALLED SEVEN TIMES YESTERDAY. STILL COULDN'T GET IN TOUCH WITH ANYONE. I WENT THRU THE DRIVETHUR SAT THERE FOR THIRTY MINUTES. WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON. ITS TIME TO CHANGE PHARMACY.

When filling multiple prescriptions, they often forget some of them. Other times they have delayed for days because they didn't want to tell me that the insurance company was a bit slow - when it's a $10 copay or $16 to pay out of pocket; they don't understand that $6 is nothing for a needed medication, it needs to be filled.
