They do good work...n...but they're slow, slammed, and insist on keeping your bike for 2-3 weeks rather than give you a scheduled date. Their hours are hard to hit if you're a 9-5er, and they're not *NOT* cheap.nnFor Pete's sakes guys, hire some people and get a calendar going. It's 2021.

One of the best shops in town...

I’ve purchased 2 cannondale bikes and MIPS helmets. The first was for my wife and about a year later for me. Finding a road bike for my short wife was a challenge but Jim had an excellent bike for her. I retired my old pugeot for a considerably lighter and easier road bike. Jim also has the luck/connections to sometimes stock ‘year old’ models. Those discounts are passed on. As others have commented the shop has excellent service, fair priced, and this family business is most courteous!

Patrick was able to find a part for me that no other bike shop I called would even try to find. Great service.
