Owner is a horrible, mean, manipulative bully. Yells at underage individuals and calls them stupid. Bullies my family and the situation they are in. He finds any reason to cause a problem. Not a nice person and this place would be benefited by having a nicer, more approachable owner. Definitely do not recommend moving into this area.nnIf he cared so much about this property, he would fix the damn pot holes and the roads. He would have an more organized structure. He does not treat people with kindness or respect. He picks and chooses who he likes. Again, I DO NOT recommend living here.
Nice quiet
Owner is a horrible human being!! He has been trying to take advantage of our family's loss and now we're pretty sure he's been stealing things out of a storage unit that's been paid for every month. Once we get concrete proof we will be filing criminal charges!
