This hotel was quite enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. The mattresses were very comfortable and we were comfortable with 2 adults and 2 children in the room. Some things that could be worked on to make this a 5 star hotel are as follows: the phone had a splotch of something sticky, the towels could be a bit larger, the tv had a big line down the side, and the ceiling in the pool needs repaired. The issues I've named are specific and nit-picky, but it truly is the difference between 4 and 5 star. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.
Do not recommend!! The room was absolutely disgusting! Looked like blood all over the couch the lampshades were nasty the one lamp was broken! We stayed for 20mins and left!! But Thanks to Victoria (the manager) who was super nice plus gave us a full refund!!
The hotel was clean, and the staff was helpful and accommodating. The manager, Holly, was very friendly and really seemed to enjoy her job. I will definitely stay there again when I am back in town.
Typical Holiday Inn Express during Covid-19, social spacing, clean, etc. Older LED TV, Fox News but no MSNBC? Playing to the minority, I'd say. Not a good business move. BTW, I'm a Spire level patron of IHG, no mention, no upgrade. I'm awaiting my email tomorrow from IHG.
Between the gymnastics going on above us and the slamming doors/screaming through the halls @ 10:30pm, this has been an awful stay. Common curtesy is seriously lacking among guests.
