I can't even give this place any stars. We reserved 2 rooms with them knowing the second room was for children yet they we were given rooms no where near each other. The room we went in first was already occupied. The second room was by far the worst hotel room I ever walked into. The bathroom door frame had dried blood on it and who knows what on the bottom of the bathroom door. Walked in the bathroom and it looked as tho someone had been sitting on the toilet with a nose bleed and they sneezed because there was blood spray/drops all over the wall. The bed pillows had stains on them. Opened the nightstand drawer and found a Bible along with some dried up bugs. We requested a refund and left immediately.
For somewhere so cheap I was surprised how quiet and enjoyable the stay was. Fast internet kept my Netflix skip free and even when the hot water went out they just compensated me nicely with a better room. There's a lot of cheap hotels around this area but this one is the winner so far.
Parking lot was full of trash. Hallways and room were dingy and paper/trash all over hallways. We had no hot water in our room. When told, they said they'd fix it. Afterwards the water took awhile to get warm. They never had extra towels available. No breakfast or pool available. Room cards didn't work properly, had to get them reset multiple times. Nightshift front desk was nice.
If I could rate this hotel negatively, I would!nWe booked our room days in advance, spin arrival (4am) they proceed to tell us that there is no hot water in the building, so if we wanted to leave and go somewhere else we could. We decided to stay since it was so early in the morning. They also gave our room away that we had booked. Next morning went to talk to manager and was told we would get a discount and they would switch us to a room that had hot water(told us they would call our room when new room was ready). Never got a call, so that night went back down to front desk and asked about the discount again and was told I couldn’t have a discount only could have a refund but had to leave, also told us that if they didn’t switch our room that morning they no longer have a room available for us. So we were stuck in the room with no hot water another night. Also the key cards suck and don’t work half the time. The blankets had stains all over them. Was told breakfast and the pool was included in the stay when got there, there was a sign at dest that there was no breakfast and the pool was closed. Rooms smelled of smoke and trash all over the parking lot and halls. Stains all over the carpets In the room. Over all just an ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE HOTEL.
Had reservations to stay here and had to cancel because the transmission went out of my truck. Called and cancelled and they charged me for the room anyways. They said they would not refuns my money because that was the cancelation fee. From the reviews that I'm reading I see why now. They don't have enough business to keep themselves open if they don't take people hard earn money because unforseen things happening. The worse place ever.
