This place was not what I expected. I was led to believe it was a very maintained hotel. This was not the case. Lines were stained, supposed to be stocked kitchen (pots, pans, silverware, etc.) Had to go buy our own stuff. We're told not to use fireplace...fire hazard? Bath was not cleaned correctly. Snow and ice was not removed in front of the door. Was very hard to carry bags in threw door without slipping or falling. Parking area was not shoveled either. I am still unclear why they are not fixing things at the hotel
Run down, shabby NOT chic. Stains on upholstered furniture, no luggage stand, light fixture by bed has strobe effect going on, overhead kitchen lamp is cracked and buzzes. Advertised kitchen has no silverware or utensils of any kind. A few mismatched random plates & bowls. Rust stains in tub - creepy neighborhood as well. For the price, egad go elsewhere!
Hawthorne Suites By Wyndham Columbus Ohio North was the Best Hotel I ever Stayed in Ms TOSHIA and Mr ALEX and THE Other STAFF Working Very Hard and go out of their way to Help with MY Concerns The Hotel is Clean and Quiet The be there early in the morning cleaning the rooms and Shoveling snow They are Good People I wish I could move in It was A Good Vacation I'm planning on staying there Again
Employees were nice, but the room was dark, decor from the early 80s, smelled like smoke, no carpet and a dirty fireplace you're warned not to use. The door was hard to open and close and one of the curtains was falling off it's mount. Room thermostat was off during a frigid December day after a snowstorm. Room was 50 degrees. Unless you need a kitchen for an extended stay, I wouldn't stay here.
purchased a penthouse and was definitely not worth it. Was freezing inside and smelled bad. The shower was dirty and so were the chairs. Definitely won’t be returning.
