It is a smoking Hotel, no ashtrays provided though. Didn’t reak of bad odor. Bathroom door was broken. Ashes in all drawers. Bathtub was clean and could take a shower if had shampoo and conditioner provided. Blinds need cleaned as well as the bathroom air vent. Honestly they need to clean the room better but for the price and to be able to smoke I kind of expected this. Plus side their is few clubs and a nice amount of bars close to the hotel.
We've been at the Hometowne Studios in Columbus, Ohio for about a month now and so far our stay here has been wonderful. The staff is very pleasant and personable. April the general manager, has done a great job taking care of any issue we've had right away and making us feel welcomed and comfortable during our stay. Miss.April and her staff have been very attentive and helpful. The hotel is cleaned daily. We are pleased with the service and our stay so far. Definitely will recommend to others and will stay again if in the area.

The stay here was very uncomfortable. The staff all seam to be disgruntled, claiming to be mistreated or undervalued. Although I don't approve of employees discussing their issues with or around the customer's. It seems to be a universal issue. Issues such as this decrease the moral which greatly reflect in the quality of work. If I had to grade it this it would NOT pass a single inspection. Hopefully this place will find a way to get its staff to act more as happy unit, or its future looks disappointing.
First room reeked of smoke and bathroom light didn't work. Changed rooms and that had damaged blinds and walls and yellow stains on mattress. Took a gamble and lost would not recommend.
