Once again my wife and I stayed here on are way back to Kentucky. Stayed here about five days ago on are way to East Liverpool Ohio to see are daughter. However I highly recommend this hotel. GREAT staff and had No issues with are room. I would like to say the front desk help Keith did a wonderful job very nice guy just his personality gives that hotel a five star.
The hallway of both rooms that we stayed, smelled of stale cigarettes and marijuana. The cleanliness of both rooms were poor, so much so that I didn’t feel comfortable showering since it didn’t look the floor had been scrubbed in months. The hotel staff was friendly and professional and were happy to help and even moved/upgraded my room after the guest that I had adjoining rooms with screamed at the tops of hers lungs using profanity with a toddler in the room with her. It had a nice water feature but there was trash surrounding it and the parking lot was covered in it as well. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because of how awesome the staff was, don’t waste your money and go somewhere where you don’t question if you’re going to go home bed bugs.
Neat place to stay and price was great! Too bad the pools weren't open.
Very upset with this place . They failed to give us facts that the pool , outdoor and indoor sauna was closed till we showed up to check in . I feel this should of been something directly shown on their website . The elevators ( both of them) had a big time smell of marijuana . They put us in a room right next to someone else who had to blast their music at all hours . We complained about the marijuana smell and management did take care of it and offered to move us to a new room due to the music being so loud but my first impression of this place was very negative . We won't be back
A lot of the amenities that were supposed to be provided were not. Granted the reason due to COVID but having a heads up/advertising notice would have been nice. Kinda ruined a mood that I was trying to provide to my very stressed out lady. Not to mention rooms were mixed up and the deposit held fee was not mentioned either, thankfully it wasn't an issue. Now the wonderfully friendly and helpful staff was true customer service. It made a crazy day turn into a very wonderful night! So thanks to staff for true understanding and flexibility.
