The staff at this hotel was really nice, especially Karla! The air conditioning in the room we were in was making a funny noise and they were happy to switch rooms for us. Pool was smaller but clean and nice. I would definitely stay here again.
The Hilton garden inn. Is one of the best hotels I've ever been to! I Love the pool and hot tub and it is very clean!nThe rooms are so very clean I was so Impressed with the beds!nThey even let me sit in the lobby working on a pop up Card. And a picture I drew of the Hotel too!
I was disappointed with the belief that there was a functioning restaurant in the hotel. There was not. I also was led to believe that breakfast was served every morning, which was also not true. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were comfortable. The swimming pool was warm the first night we were there, but the next day it was very cold.
Rooms were clean/hotel was clean, front desk was great and pool was nice but small.nOnly reason for 3 stars is the cleaning crew the following morning with excessive knocking (3x)to see if we had left and even opened the door at 11:52 to see if we had left(good thing we weren't changing or something) we requested a late check out of 1pm as we had a baby who needed to take a nap and a funeral to attend at 4pm and the front was happy to make that happen. The cleaning crew came almost every hour and knocked and we just ended up leaving at 12 waking the baby up because of feeling so rushed by them.nOtherwise a great stay with a very clean hotel.
We picked it because it's one of the few places to offer a in-room jacuzzi tub. We enjoy our stay. Our only down side was very limited ride share availability
