CVS

This is in regards to the COVID testing. Warning- you self test. Whoever made the managerial decision regarding the testing process seriously needs to go through it themselves. I just sat in line for 2 hours (with an appointment mind you) at the drive thru with 13 cars ahead of me. I also didn’t know if I was even in the right place for testing until I called because there a NO signs until you are next in line! Once I was close enough, I realized what was making the process so slow- they only had 1 person handling this and she was clearly not in a rush and I don’t know if I blame her. When it’s finally your turn, you pull up and wait a couple of minutes for some unknown reason. Then show your license through the glass. Then ‘Estelle’ enters a bunch of stuff on the computer or she could be playing Tetris for all I know. She asked for an access code like I just received it via text but in reality she wanted the confirmation code you got when registering. Then wait another 5 min for her to put the kit together!!! Why could someone else not be there doing that to help??? Why CVS, why would you expect 1 person, let alone an elderly person, to handle this task alone??!?! Poor decision. Oh and then you test yourself! She gave directions but it wasn’t the easiest to hear and there were so many packs within the kit. And the lab Corp box was overflowing. My gloves had a hole in them. Just an overall bad experience. I know this could be handled more efficiently! Go somewhere else.

Do you ever wish 0 stars was an option? This pharmacist filled my prescription with the generic without asking us, after my husband brought it home I called to inform them that I must have the brand she was unapologetic and crass. She didn’t offer any resolution at all she just stated without any remorse that sales are final. We don’t have insurance so we’re out $47 for Gianvi that I’ll never use. Had to call my doctor change my pharmacy and go pick up and pay for another prescription. I will never use this pharmacy again. Mistakes don’t bother me at all! But I don’t spend my money with ill mannered people.

the kid with orange curly hair who just closed the store tonight, saw me leave my wallet and my container filled with personal belongings and he didn't say anything about it until I walked out and caught him staring into my container, and then he pretended that he was going to give it to me, and then he yelled at me and told me never to come back to that store again

We went in to get a flu shot and the Pharmacist was very professional, helpful and nice. Her assistant that wrote everything up was also very courteous and nice. We will go back there because kindness and helpfulness need to be encouraged and rewarded.

in the pharmacy they need better customer service, the people there are very rude and are not very helpful, they always have a very bad attitudeud83eudd2c
