1. They say ‘Free WiFi’, and on check-in, told me, “It’s down, but should be back up in about an hour.” A full week later, and it hovered around 0.8Mbps down, 1.0Mbps up. I spent hours talking to their tech support, trying to doing their job for them.nn2. Don’t try to have an Amazon package delivered here during your stay. On the day of scheduled delivery, the package was reportedly “held at post office, at customer’s request”. I think the hotel doesn’t want to own the liability of tracking packages for guests and does this. It was a massive inconvenience that set me back 3 days, and had spend 45 minutes in line at the post office when I had a lot of other things to do.nn3. On checkout, the General Manager, John Costlow, took no responsibility, ownership, or accountability for the inefficiency or his personal incompetence. The most disappointing aspect of the exchange was that any frustrations I brought to his attention were met with ignorance and corporate doublespeak. He said he couldn’t troubleshoot the internet issues with the equipment available to him because he isn’t “tech people”. When I told him I was going from room to find a stable connection with a phone, tablet, and Windows laptop, he actually said, “We have to agree to disagree on that.”nn4. But wait, there’s more. John Costlow charged me twice on checkout, but presented me with only one invoice. I see now I have two invoices pushed directly to my email, four minutes apart and each with a distinct authorization code. This is likely a part of a corrupt scheme to prey on guests on corporate accounts, or those less attentive. Even if double charges are reversed in 3-5 business days, I’m sure they make bank on all the temporary holdings.nn5. Actually, believe it or not - I was charged THREE times. The last time because I wanted to be charged on a card different from the one presented at check-in. So I actually asked for one receipt of the voided charges. And John Costlow actually said, “The system doesn’t show voided charges. I can’t print you a copy.”nn6. John Costlow is incredibly rude, and not very bright.nnOn a separate note: shout out to house-keeping, the AGM Jordan, and the evening front desk man, who also happens to be named John. They were hardworking, decent, and compassionate people - the opposite of John Costlow.

If you are looking for a place to spend the night at, this is a good place. Now the first week I was there, the bathtub wouldn't drain the shower ud83dudebf water fast enough. The second week, I had no problem. They don't do the hot breakfast at this point, they have a fruit muffin, a yogurt, and a fruit-grain bar. It was located near several restaurants. The evening counter help would make a fresh pot of coffee ☕ for me in the evening and there was a fresh pot in the morning. Not luxury but nice.

The rooms were nice. The location is well situated. The service is horrible!! They are also overpriced. I had a billing issue and absolutely not a single person from the long-time front desk clerk to the General Manager cared one bit about my experience. I knew there was no reason to report the terrible service I received from either of the previous clerks because the Manager was just as shoddy and uncaring and cursed with malaise. Do not book here. At this same location there are a number of other hotels with similar or better amenities and better prices. I can't imagine much worse service.

Meh, room was clean. Beds decent. I've stayed cheaper elsewhere and had a better bed.

Pros: The pool was wonderful the ac was cold and perfect. Front desk associate was friendly and helpful. Cons: The rooms could've been cleaner. There was dirty finger prints and dirt in general on the ac and window sill.
