Nice hotel with kind, helpful, and honest staff. I accidentally left an important prescription medication in my room when I checked out. The cleaning staff turned it in to management and they kept it safe until I could retrieve it. It is comforting to know that there are still people out there that do the right thing.
I was recently in Columbus OH because my husband was life flighted to Doctors Hospital for a heart issue. The treatment I received was second to none. THANK YOU for caring so well for this very distraught wife-this was the respite I needed in the middle of the most stressful time in my life. Everything was clean, quiet and nice even tho you are close to I70. The distance from the hospital was perfect. THANK YOU
The room was nice and clean. Very nice room. Check in was easy and checkout even easier. My only complaint is I thought with Covid they had rooms booked at every other room and it sounded like there was a group of people in the room next door.
Awesome check-in experience. Front desk clerk goes out of her way to accommodate my every, single request. Room is spotless and modern. TV is a bit on the small side of the viewing spectrum, though this is the only knock I have. The place is quiet and the staff are wonderful.
Very nice hotel - no complaints. Staff helpful and friendly. Easy access to I-70, restaurants, gas stations and Walmart/Target. It's on a side street off the main road - GPS was a great help finding it in the dark.
