Been here a couple of times recently and both consecutive times the accommodations were great. Good clean rooms, wonderful staff, and just and fantastic hotel. I can't wait for the normal breakfast to return. Very pleasant hotel. There was something wrong with the key lock however, but I reported to the front desk and the manager sent the maintenance guy down to the door to fix it.. immediately! Excellent service!
Overall my stay was pleasant. However a few things threw my off while staying there. For one, there was a fairly strong smell in the hallways and the elevator, one not so pleasant, that sometimes wafted into the room. Secondly, the cleaning crew had missed several, dirty and extremely personal items, from the guest before us, and those were laying around in the bedroom section of our room. Lastly, the shower curtain was a hot mess, and several of the rings were broken and it wasn't held up well at all, and several spots in the shower could've been cleaned better. The last two made me a little nervous about the standard of clean the rooms are kept to, but I had no other complaints in regards to staff or the other amenities in the room.
We got the whirlpool suite and the room was better than we expected!! The first hotel room I've stayed in that came with a refrigerator, dishwasher, literally everything u could possibly need. I absolutely loved the whirlpool!!! It was a very relaxing stay.
A little getaway fr. It's a nice hotel. Its out west near meyer and a lot of stores. Dan the handsome manager is really nice and definitely is new there. He let my kids get stuff for free out of the gift shop when the raggedy machine ate my baby's money. Hope he there when I come back. Wish the pool was open and they was out of break fast but been there a few times but this time was the best. Room was nice but could of been more clean. Thanks Dan and be back soon.
I really liked this nice hotel. A nice, well-kept up place. Nice staff and free internet and breakfast. Wishing the pool was open. Will still be back and would recommend to friends and family.
